Job Responsibilities
The Assistant Food Service Director supports the Food Service Director in overseeing the daily operations of a food service facility, including :
- Meal planning
- Staff management
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assisting in budgeting
- Inventory control
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service
Minimum Requirements
- The cook must be Servsafe Certified
- 2 years experience preferred
