Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care, senior care, and long term care, with the ability to supervise and lead a team of healthcare professionals.

Duties:

- Supervise nursing staff and oversee patient care activities

- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

- Coordinate and implement discharge planning procedures

- Ensure compliance with medical protocols and standards

- Provide guidance on medical terminology and ICD-10 coding

- Assist with patient care, including lifting and positioning when necessary

Experience:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Previous experience in acute care or senior care settings

- Proficiency in medical terminology and ICD-10 coding

- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively

- Knowledge of patient assessment procedures and discharge planning

- Ability to provide hands-on patient care, including lifting and assisting patients
