Our client is looking for a Contracts / Operations Analyst to join our Medical Education organization to help manage our contract management and sales operations teams. The successful candidate will be a bright, hardworking individual who demonstrates superb work ethic and reliability and possesses excellent grammar, interpersonal, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Filing all agreements in contract library using specific nomenclature

· Running contract comparisons and highlighting changes

· Affixing signature to approved agreements

· Salesforce database updates

· Proposal reviews for compliance purposes

· Workfront updates

Required Skills

• Data entry experience required

• Experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment

• Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight

• Meticulous attention to detail

• Demonstrate superb work ethic and reliability

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word

Required Education

• BA/ BS

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with Salesforce and Workfront
