- Follow all GMP's, SOP's, use raw materials based on FIFO and follow all safety guidelines
- Lead both Production and Packaging teams and work with management on any issues
- Understands and is able to perform all positions in both Production and Packaging
- Understands all procedures in Production and Packaging
- Must be able to enforce the rules in Production and Packaging
- Complete small tool accountability checklist
- Strive to find ways to improve they system for production and labor
- Minimize downtime and mistakes
- Brings safety and food safety concerns to the attention of the shift supervisor
- Communicates effectively to the teams and manages effectively
