Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate Inventory Management: Ensure regular and timely inventory counts, reconciling physical inventory with ERP system balances.
• Employee Training: Train and coach employees on inventory reconciliations, fostering a knowledgeable and efficient team.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Research, identify, and resolve inventory discrepancies, communicating effectively with co-workers to ensure swift resolutions.
• Reporting: Compile and maintain detailed inventory reports, communicating findings to management.
• Cycle Count Program: Maintain and manage the cycle count program for your assigned facility.
• Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with the Shipping/Receiving department to ensure accurate inventory documentation from suppliers.
• Order Management: Receive purchase orders for raw materials and post production orders for finished goods.
• Daily Reconciliation: Reconcile raw material usage daily, ensuring accuracy in inventory records.
• Inventory Transfers: Review and manage inventory transfers within your location and to outside warehouses.
• Invoice Verification: Work with the Supply Chain Buyer/Planner to verify invoice accuracy before submission to Accounts Payable.
• Return Goods Management: Perform return goods functions within the ERP system for defective materials.
• Versatility: Undertake other duties as assigned, showcasing your adaptability and willingness to contribute.

What We’re Looking For:

• Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to research, analyze, and resolve inventory issues with precision.
• Relationship Building: Strong capability to build effective working relationships across all departments and levels.
• Detail Oriented: Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Microsoft NAV is a plus.
• Educational Background: Preferably, a 2-year degree.
• Professional Experience: At least 2 years of inventory control experience with ERP/inventory software systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Inventory and cycle counting management experience is beneficial but not required.
