Overview
Responsibilities of HVAC Service Technician III
Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and mechanical components / equipment.
Perform service projects / small jobs from beginning to completion.
Ensure total customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Installation and commission of a wide variety of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
Perform maintenance of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
Establish and maintain clear communications with customers while both on and off the customer job sites.
Assist in maintaining inventory and tool procurement of individual service vehicle.
Promote and perform all aspects of BMCC's safety procedures and policies.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and mechanical components / equipment.
Perform service projects / small jobs from beginning to completion, ensuring total customer satisfaction throughout.
Qualifications
Current Licensed Technician (mandatory) or verifiable experience in service of commercial HVAC systems. Holds EPA Certification.
Skills of Level II Technician.
Cooling tower service, annual maintenance, gearbox replacement and alignment, water-cooled chiller annual maintenance, hydronic system understanding and troubleshooting.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
