The Project Manager is responsible for the entire life cycle of a project that ranges from $500k - $5M from inception through to closure. Ensure the project is delivered efficiently and effectively in accordance with the budget, schedule, and quality and exceed the client’s expectations.

Continuously track and report project execution against budget in terms of schedule adherence, deliverables, cost and revenue. • Where appropriate, technically direct/execute aspects of the project. • Manage the client expectations and ensure regular updates are effectively communicated throughout the duration of the project. • Ensure the project is closed out when appropriate and all commercial aspects are completed. • Participates in relevant organizations for networking and professional development.Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications
•Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or related technical degree. •5 years of experience in one of the following sectors: engineering design, construction, facilities management, or energy. •Experience leading and managing a technical team. •Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills. •Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. •Comprehensive knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate a team. •Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment. •Well-versed in the industry and the Company’s competitors. •Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications
•Experience in an engineering design discipline. •Experience in the construction and/or energy sector. •Experience in facilities management. •Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM). If not, expected to earn certification within the first year of employment.Travel Requirements
•Depending on project need and location, estimated to be around 30-60% of regular work schedule.Physical/Work Environment Requirements
