Bernick's is Hiring a Key Account Manager - Beer Near Superior, WI

Join our Sales Team at Bernick’s!If you are passionate about our portfolio of beer products and have experience in Sales, this is a GREAT opportunity for you. We are looking for a “Go-Getter” to join our team.

Our Key Account Managers (KAM's) maintain and expand relationships with strategically important large customers. The Key Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives and represents the entire portfolio and services to assigned customers. They lead the customer account planning cycle and ensure assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company. They will also be responsible for conducting ad planning and business reviews. 
Successful Candidates:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Management or related field and/or equivalent experience
  • Have 5 years proven success in Sales or Sales Management (two years in key account management preferred)
  • Are proficient in Word and Excel with basic understanding of financial reports and the ability to create spreadsheets (strong analytical skills and data-driven)
  • Have excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills, yet are approachable and outgoing

Basic Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid driver's license 
  • Must be able to utilize technology well
  • Experience with managing major national accounts at head office level
  • Ability to build a network of partners to draw on for best practices in planning, program building, and problem solving (relationship building skills)
  • Highly self-motivated and organized
  • Positive attitude that is key to success

Hours of this position: Full-Time

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM or completion
  • Hours may vary with the benefits and challenges that come with the beverage industry
