Our Key Account Managers (KAM's) maintain and expand relationships with strategically important large customers. The Key Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives and represents the entire portfolio and services to assigned customers. They lead the customer account planning cycle and ensure assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company. They will also be responsible for conducting ad planning and business reviews.
