Our new InfraMarker line adds RFID identification to our marking products and includes software that connects RFID marked assets to the world’s most popular GIS systems. Who You Are:

The Accountant oversees the company's financial operations and reporting, as well as communicating with clients and engaging in personnel decisions. The Accountant will ensure that records across financial departments are accurate.

The Accountant is responsible for the company's financial reporting and ensures that official monthly and annual financial statements comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). The Accountant will oversee accounts, cash flow, administer internal audits, and cooperate with external auditors. The Accountant will also communicate with vendors and consultants as required.

What You Do:

The Accountant performs a wide range of duties:

• Coordinate accounting functions and programs
• Prepare financial analysis and reports
• Forecast revenues and expenditures
• Assist with preparing and monitoring budgets
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts
• Assist with annual audit preparations
• Make reports on financial and sales data for company management
• Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
• 5 years of manufacturing accounting experience
• Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and stress management skills
• Ability to solve problems and work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel

Extra:

• Experience with Global Shop Solutions, ERP software for manufacturers

This is a hybrid position and is required to work in the office 3 days per week.
