As QC3 Facilities Engineer, you will ensure Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) are current and accurate with systems hierarchy, SLAs, workflows and work forms established. You with ensure physical scope match what is in the CMMS, that all service orders are filled out accurately by technicians, and workmanship standards are established and implemented for all maintenance and manuals, standard operating procedures, methods of operations, and process workflows are current and available at point of use. You will ensure all personnel are trained and certified to perform corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance, and trend, track and report n performance metrics on corrective and preventive maintenance pertaining to SLAs. You will implement and track continuous improvement activities and work with maintenance managers and technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and improve service levels. You will develop and implement site specific quality plans, collect and review customer satisfaction survey results to drive follow-up activities. You will develop quality management systems on project compliant ISO9001 and CMMI standards.

You must have an Associates Degree with 8 years experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Civil, Systems, Construction Management, Business Management or other relevant field. BAS manufacturers, systems and protocols such as Alert, ABB/Cylon, Tridium/Niagara, Distech, Honeywell, Nova, Carrier, Lynxspring, Strato Automation, Trade, Tracer Summit, Tracer SC, LONworks, BACnet MS/TP, BACnet/SC, MODbus/RTU & TCP, ARCnet, Print, etc., desired. You will have experience with corrective, preventive, predictive maintenance, SOP, MOP, EOP and other facility operations and maintenance documentation and Service Level Agreements. Training in basics of mechanical, electrical and relevant equipment from a technical school or certifications received during training classes from industry vendors helpful.
