Beverage Equipment Service Technician
We are looking for a self-starter Field Service Technician/Service Tech to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability. Candidates with experience with service and installation of espresso, drip coffee, liquid coffee, and/or water filtration equipment are preferred but not required. Berry Coffee Company will provide training.
Responsibilities
- Deliver superior customer service to include focus on customer needs, developing and sustaining positive customer relationships
- Provide service and customer support during field visits to customer sites
- Services to include equipment trouble shooting and diagnosis, part replacement as needed, problem resolution, on site customer training
- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Document processes
- Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
- Follow all company’s procedures and protocols
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
- Self Starter, mechanical ability and attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical coffee equipment
- Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
- Ability to lift 30-lbs or more, Occasional lifting in excess of 45-lbs required.
- Ability to pass a Background Check.
