**Position Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced **Senior Tax Analyst Tax Compliance** to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with all tax-related activities of the US federal and state income tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulations, and identifying process improvement opportunities.

**Responsibilities**

Assist with the preparation of US federal and state income/franchise tax returns.

Research and resolve issues identified during the return preparation process to ensure accuracy of filings.

Assist with calculating and processing of quarterly estimated and extension income tax payments.

Assist with management of US federal and state income tax audits.

Research of tax statutes, regulations and case law to assist in developing tax positions for the company.

Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation and advise on the impact of new laws on the company.

Assist with Federal and State Income Tax Planning Projects.

**Qualifications**

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or Masters in Taxation a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of tax experience in a corporate or public accounting environment.

Strong knowledge of tax code, compliance, and procedures for corporations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
