Job Overview

We are seeking a new member for our law clerk program. Team members who excel at this position constantly seek justice for their clients, possess integrity, are committed to the mission, have an extreme level of accountability, a warrior ethos, and lead by example.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents.
  • Assist with the preparation of court filings and motions.
  • Assist with trial preparation, including conducting witness interviews and gathering and organizing evidence.
  • Review and summarize medical and other technical records.
  • Attend court proceedings and take notes.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining case files and scheduling appointments.
  • Must be self-motivated, organized, tenacious, unafraid of hard work and able to work without constant supervision.

Essential requirements

  • Enrolled as a student at an accredited law school.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Familiar with legal terminology and procedures.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills in verbal and written correspondence.
  • Positive work attitude and the desire to grow.
