What to expect:
Main responsibility – General Project Management - planning, organizing, and coordination as well as operational support. – (70%)
  • Collaborate and Engage: Work closely with counterparts within the Engineering organization and other departments to align project goals and deliverables. Identify and engage with relevant external stakeholders to understand their needs, expectations, and emerging trends, providing comprehensive reports through all required channels. Process Improvement and Development: Identify internal process and technical improvement opportunities. Develop and implement tools, templates, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain and refine project management tools and methodologies, such as Jira and Confluence, to support project tracking and management.
  • Automation and Digitization: Show a keen interest in and motivation for bringing solutions for automation and digitization of current processes and workflows. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and digitize workflows to enhance productivity and accuracy.
  • Forecasting and Analysis: Ensure forecasting processes are robust, consistent, and aligned with group standards within the Central Office of Engineering. Analyze, define, and document requirements for workflows and business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Audit and Compliance: Prepare and organize audits as part of the scheduled annual audit plan for the Central Office of Engineering. Address audit findings by updating the Product Compliance Management system where applicable.
  • Process and Lean Improvement: Utilize lean process and process improvement skills to drive continuous enhancement initiatives. Engage with IT departments and external vendors to implement and support process improvements.
Additional Responsibility: Project Status Meetings and Workshops – (30%)
  • Ability to integrate various timing schedules to identify and mitigate timing slips. Plans and executes workshops with different stakeholders if necessary.
  • Tracks project status in detail and informs Strategy and PCMS Project Manager on regular basis.
  • Escalates issues early to stakeholders, if needed.
What you bring along:
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience (desired consulting company experience and/or methodology)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering, Desired
  • Agile methodologies
  • Skilled in presentation development primarily using Power Point
  • Excellent teamwork ability and strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and dependable
  • Skilled in data analytics and spreadsheet preparation & development using Microsoft Power BI, Excel
  • Strong computer skills; primarily but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Confluence, JIRA
  • Ability to work flexible and extended hours as work load requires
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Project management skills - responsible for completion of timelines and content fulfillment incl. ability to track, monitor and coordinate anticipated and on-going matters within the different stakeholders of the organization
