Assess and monitor patient condition and vital signs.2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.3. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.4. Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.5. Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.7. Follow all hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and compliance with regulations.8. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during difficult times.Qualifications and Skills:1. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing.3. BLS and ACLS certifications.4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.6. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.7. Knowledge of electronic medical records systems.8.
