Job Title: Operating Room/Circulator-RNJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operating Room/Circulator-RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the operating room while ensuring the safety and comfort of patients during surgical procedures. The Operating Room/Circulator-RN will work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Responsibilities and Duties:1. Preparing the operating room for surgical procedures2. Assisting with patient positioning and prep3. Monitoring patient vitals during surgery4. Assisting surgeons during procedures5. Administering medications as needed6. Documenting patient progress and procedure details7. Providing post-operative care and monitoring8. Collaborating with other healthcare team members to ensure patient safety and comfortQualifications and Skills:1. Current RN license in the state of practice2. BLS and ACLS certification3. Minimum of 2 years of operating room experience4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills5. Ability to work well under pressure6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills7. Ability to prioritize and make quick decisions8.
