Monitor and assess patients' respiratory status and respond to changes in condition.2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.3. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.4. Educate patients and their families on respiratory conditions, treatments, and self-care.5. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.6. Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families.7. Assist with various procedures and treatments related to respiratory care.8. Monitor and ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.9. Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on current practices and procedures.Qualifications and Skills:1. Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.2. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.3. Certification in Respiratory Nursing or related specialty preferred.4. Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory care.5. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.8.
