BESCO is Hiring an Electrical Project Manager Near Richmond, KY

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Electrical Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial, healthcare and industriual projects. Responsibilities include project budgeting, scheduling, and design activities, working closely with various teams to ensure project success and adherence to contractual requirements.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets, estimates, and schedules
  • Understand contract provisions and scope of work
  • Coordinate with Purchasing for material procurement and subcontractor management
  • Implement safety practices and provide training as needed
  • Identify value engineering opportunities to enhance project value
  • Monitor project performance in terms of quality, progress, and cost
  • Collaborate with the Superintendent to adjust schedules and resources as required
  • Maintain project documentation and conduct regular status meetings
  • Track project progress and billing for cash flow management
  • Manage scope changes and change orders effectively
  • Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders
  • Resolve conflicts and crises as necessary
  • Ensure timely project close-out and completion

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Electrician
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Procifient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams
  • Proactive approach to project management and problem-solving
