Job SummaryThe primary mission of Project Director Sensors-Aerial Intelligence (PD SAI), who fall under Program Executive Office, Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors (PEO IEW&S), is to deliver the Army’s premier Aerial Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (AISR) sensors enabling timely dissemination of intelligence products to meet current and future Warfighter needs. BMA is seeking a Executive Systems Engineer to support PD SAI’s mission.\
Duties: The Executive Systems Engineer provides, as a minimum, Aerial Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Senior Systems Engineer and Subject Matter Expert (SME) expertise supporting the systems engineering processes for the design, integration test, and fielding of airborne ISR systems. Provides subject matter expertise for specification, design, integration, assessment, fielding, and troubleshooting of ISR payloads and subsystems. Analyzes COTS and GOTS hardware and software architectures, dependencies, assumptions, and workflows for functional compatibility and compliance with mission requirements. Provides hands-on systems engineering and integration support for multiple platforms, documenting optimized workflows, and identifies deficiencies. Recommends technical courses of action to the Government. Assists with providing guidance to vendors to ensure performance outputs meet Government requirements and expectations.
Clearance RequirementsThere is a DoD Top Secret SCI Clearance with CI Poly requirement for this role.

Required Skills & Certifications
- Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering or related engineering field.
- 15 years of Systems Engineering experience supporting ISR programs and applications.
- Trained and experienced with SIPRNet and NSANet.
- Direct applicable knowledge and experience in Army AISR systems such as ARES, ARTEMIS, ATHENA, HADES, Gray Eagle, ARL-E, Guardrail, and EMARSS.
- Direct applicable knowledge and experience with Theater Netcentric Geolocation operations.
- Direct applicable knowledge of Army intel CONOPs, PED processes, and collection tools.
- Knowledge of the latest state-of-the-art in ISR collection systems, and what is currently being used commercially to provide supportable recommendations.
- Direct working experience with SIGINT (COMINT & ELINT) and GEOINT collection techniques and data flows through the PED architecture
- Direct working experience of data analysis, reduction, test design, and implementation in support of ISR systems.
- Direct experience in supporting fielded airborne ISR systems including remote operations and configuration of systems and as direct assistance to gaining units to facilitate system employment and operator feedback.
- Direct experience in developing and managing US Army or DoD Military Intelligence Programs.
