Job Summary

Project Manager Tactical Network (PM TN) is a U.S. Army Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications-Tactical (PEO C3T) organization that has a mission to design, modernize, field and support the U.S. Army’s continually evolving tactical network transport and networking capabilities. 
BMA is seeking a Field Service Technician, Senior Lead to support PM TN’s mission to develop, deliver and support one tactical network that is resilient, modular, and flexible in design; supportable, trusted by our users and presents a common user experience.
The Field Service Technician, Senior Lead performs customer requirements analyses for existing or proposed systems to determine feasibility and objectives of requests. Designs or modifies system and prepares reports, schedules, data requirements, security access rules, and system constraints. Writes, debugs, and tests programs and procedures. Installs system. Studies existing information systems to evaluate effectiveness and develops new systems where appropriate. Assists junior-level programmers/analysts in resolving work problems related to project and/or programming specifications. Prepares detailed documented requirements  

Clearance Requirements 

There is a DoD Secret security clearance requirement for this position. 

Required Skills & Certifications

• Bachelor’s from an accredited academic institution or military school in Computer Science or Related Field.
• 10 years’ experience with software languages, including but not limited to Ada, C , C#, Java, Python, Rust, Swift, etc.
• 8 years’ experience developing, coordinating, and conducting fielding and logistics activities on projects of similar scope, size and complexity.
• Demonstrated experience with Configuration Management.
• Demonstrated experience managing junior-level programmers.

Desired Skills & Certifications

• Familiarity with PdM NetMod, PdM MN, PdM SATCOM, PdM UNCI, PdL CSTP, PdL AIT.
• IAT II: Security CE, SySA , CCNA-Security or equivalent.
• Master’s from an accredited academic institution or military school in Computer Science or Related Field.
