Job Summary

Project Manager Tactical Network (PM TN) is a U.S. Army Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications-Tactical (PEO C3T) organization that has a mission to design, modernize, field and support the U.S. Army’s continually evolving tactical network transport and networking capabilities. 
BMA is seeking a New Equipment Training Officer, Senior Lead to support PM TN’s mission to develop, deliver and support one tactical network that is resilient, modular, and flexible in design; supportable, trusted by our users and presents a common user experience.
The New Equipment Training Officer, Senior Lead assists in developing, revising, and modifying training courses and prepare appropriate training materials. Provides technical advisory services regarding all training and instructions. Provides formal classroom instructor-led new equipment training (NET) and delta training to Soldiers and customers IAW established/approved POIs and training materials. Assists with NET planning and implementation, including but not limited to classroom, on-the-job instruction, over-the-shoulder, and computer based/aided training. Manages NET instructors during NET events. Supports NET in field and classroom environments. Identifies the best approach training requirements, to include, but not limited to, hardware, software, simulations, course assessment and refreshment, assessment centers, oral examination, interviews, computer assisted and adaptive testing, behavior based assessment and performance, team and unit assessment and measurement.

Clearance Requirements 

There is a DoD Secret Clearance requirement for this position. 

Required Skills & Certifications

• Bachelor’s from an accredited academic institution in Education or Related Field.
• 8 years’ experience developing, coordinating, and conducting equipment training, fielding, and logistics activities to support equipment fielding and sustainment operations on projects of similar scope, size, and complexity.
• Demonstrated experience managing instructors.
• Demonstrated experience with Army analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE).
• Familiarity with TRADOC 350-70 series documents.

Desired Skills & Certifications
• Master’s from an accredited academic institution in Education or Related Field.
• Current USA Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Instructor Certification.
