Renowned architecture and interior design firm is seeking a Director of Design Technology to join their team. This role involves leading and managing the IT department's operations and strategic initiatives, ensuring efficient IT system deployment and support across the organization. Responsibilities include overseeing end-user services, developing IT policies, managing financial aspects, and negotiating contracts. The position requires collaboration with various business units to align technology solutions with organizational needs, while also overseeing IT staffing and mentoring teams. Additionally, the role involves presenting technology strategies, implementing training programs, and staying current with industry developments.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership in IT and design technology departments.
• Strong strategic planning, project management, and organizational skills.
• Extensive knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and best practices.
• Experience in financial management and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor teams.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software and industry trends.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical issue management skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Design Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of IT management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Preferably, experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
• Certification in IT management or related professional qualifications is advantageous.

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000
