Responsibilities:

● Plans, organizes, prioritizes and supervises the shipping, receiving, storage, and issuance of all warehouse stock.

● Process paperwork, keep accurate records, and process all work the company’s ERP software.

● Maintain an accurate dock schedule to ensure adequate staffing and dock availability

● Responsible for the accurate reporting of company and customer inventory, inbound receipts, and outbound records.

● Resolves delivery issues including material and quantity variances, scheduling and workflow constraints, and verifies that information is accurately submitting into ERP Software

● Facilitate material staging and material reconciliation of warehoused goods to support manufacturing.

● Ensure the warehouse, loading docks, and dock offices are kept clean, initiating and maintaining GMP and 5S standards where applicable.

● Trains personnel who may be working in the warehouse in the safe and compliant operating procedures and practices to include warehouse lifting and moving equipment operation. Assigns and assesses work of warehouse staff as necessary

● Maintains storage areas and warehouse equipment in a neat, clean, orderly, and safe manner.

Requirements:

● Ability to read and analyze information

● Proficiency with prioritizing and meeting multiple deadlines

● Knowledge of inventory control

● Ability to lift at least 25 pounds

● Data entry skills

● High school diploma or GED

● Valid driver’s license and safe driving record

● Previous experience operating a forklift mandatory

● Previous inventory experience a plus

● Previous pallet jack experience a plus
