As the Advertising Operations Specialist you will be a part of Best Buy’s Media Performance and Activation team supporting Marketing and the Best Buy Ads retail media network. This role is responsible for the technical QA, packaging, and handoff of creative assets for trafficking; ensuring complete, accurate and timely campaign launches; prioritizing work for assigned areas of business; and troubleshooting with creative and agency partners; Successful candidates will have experience or interest in digital advertising, outstanding collaboration and communication skills and ability to prioritize across a high volume of work. This role works closely with Ad Ops leadership, Account Management, Creative, and Media agency partners.
This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location. What You’ll Do

• Responsible for QA, packaging, and handoff of creative assets for assigned campaigns.
• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for Account Management and media agency teams regarding file specs, trafficking timelines, and status updates.
• Track campaign volume, prioritize work, and issue weekly reports for assigned areas of business.
• Own or assist with Ad Ops and Media Strategy reports and projects as assigned.

Basic qualifications

• 2 years Marketing or related experience
• Ability to prioritize a high volume of work and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to tailor communications to the audience

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in marketing/media at a publisher, advertiser or agency
• Experience working in Salesforce
• Experience working in ad serving platforms Campaign Manager and/or Google Ad Manager
