As a Product Manager in the Commerce and Category domain, you will support Best Buy’s commerce checkout experiences across our web and app platforms. You’ll partner with key internal teams and stakeholders, engage in customer and competitive research, perform data analysis, and create measurement plans to drive key objectives and execute on priorities. In this role, we’re solving customer and business-related problems, focused on innovative mobile optimization efforts to reimagine our ecommerce experiences. You’ll champion your strategy and obtain buy-in from key stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership. If you consider yourself to be strategic, analytical, detail and results oriented, have excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude, you are an ideal candidate for this role. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days on site at a Best Buy location and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process. For this role, you must be located within a drivable distance to our office in Richfield, Minnesota, or Atlanta, Georgia.
What You’ll Do

• Participate in crafting long-term vision with guidance.
• You will drive product strategy and development from concept to launch.
• Deliver against core customer value propositions and Best Buy's strategic and financial goals.
• Demonstrate empathy for the customer and steer discussions to build customer trust.
• Highlight system constraints (resource, financial, technology) to leadership that prevent creation of long-term customer engagement and brand love.
• Drive experimentation through a test / learn / iterate mindset.
• Analyze product performance through qualitative and quantitative analysis processes.

Basic qualifications

• 2 or more years of product management experience in an enterprise customer facing environment
• 2 or more years of experience working with multiple teams to include development and user experience
• 1 or more years of experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership and related areas
• 1 or more years of experience leveraging data and analytics to drive prioritization/optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field OR equivalent combination of education and/or experiences.

Preferred qualifications

• 6 or more years of product management experience in an enterprise customer facing environment
• 2 or more years of experience utilizing internal and external partner data to drive engagement and loyalty to targeted customers
