About the role:

As Production Coordinator I, they will play a pivotal role in managing various production processes within the Personal Care Production Department. This role is primarily focused on overseeing the documentation and compliance of manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality product output.

How will you contribute:

• Documentation Management: Review all in-process and completed batch production records for accuracy and completeness. Ensure all relevant documentation, including batch records, cleaning records, and setup records, are maintained up to date and comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Compliance and Monitoring: Monitor Good Documentation Practice (GDP) errors and report discrepancies to management regularly. Adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations, and batch record instructions.
• Project Management: Independently manage assigned documentation projects, ensuring all deadlines are met without the need for supervision.
• Cross-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the Quality Department, Inventory Control, Customer Service, Planning, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with all procedures.
• Safety and Regulations Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment by following safety standards and regulations. Address any safety concerns promptly and effectively.
• Additional Responsibilities: Provide administrative and clerical support as needed, handle various projects and assignments, and perform additional manufacturing and inspection duties as necessary.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED Certificate
• Two (2) or more years of work experience in a Production Coordinator role or similar.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English; bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively crafting and delivering clear oral and written messages.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with industry-specific software is beneficial.
• Strong ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Must maintain a professional demeanor and foster positive interactions with colleagues and other stakeholders.

Base Salary Range: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour, based on candidate professional experience level. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Holidays, Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program.

The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
