Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide friendly and efficient customer support, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • In-Field Personnel Support: Coordinate with field teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support for successful operations.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input and manage data to maintain organized records and streamline operations.
  • Assisting HR Manager: Support the HR Manager with tasks related to recruitment, on-boarding, and employee relations.
  • Filing and Organization: Maintain a well-organized office environment, handling filing and organization tasks.

Requirements:

  • Availability: Flexible with availability from 8:30 am to 5 pm.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Problem Solver: Must possess strong problem-solving skills and show initiative in resolving issues.
  • Customer Support Background: Friendly and polite customer service skills, with experience handling phone calls.
  • Self-Motivated: Demonstrates self-motivation, organizational skills, and a strong work ethic.
  • Computer Literate: Proficient in basic computer skills and data entry.
  • Hardworking and Honest: Exhibits a hardworking and honest attitude, with a respectful demeanor.
