Salary: 12-Month Position

Salary: 12-Month Position
- Bachelors Licensed - $26.44/hr
- Masters Licensed - $28.37/hr
- Bachelors Licensed – $26.44/hr
- Masters Licensed - $28.37/hr
Requirements:
- Licensed in the State of Ohio.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
- Expected to achieve TFM certification after 1 year of practicing.
- Must possess minimum technical skills including familiarity with Microsoft Windows and ability to use standard Microsoft Office applications.
- Exposure to a combination of office, school, and mental health treatment environments.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift to 50 pounds.
- Must be capable of sustained exertion and be able to participate in the physical restraint techniques and exercises required to always ensure safety of clients.
- Promotions include Transitional Support Specialist (TSS), Team Lead, Clinical Supervisor onward.
- Build unconditional rapport with assigned clients.
- Maintain a therapeutic environment for clients.
- Establish effective communication strategies and informed consent with client, families, school.
- Develop concise and thorough BSPs and crisis management plans.
- Contribute clinical documentation as necessary.
- Demonstrate mastery of TFM standards of care.
- Utilize knowledge of group therapy to solicit participation from clients.
- Participate in developing and utilizing evidence-based interventions in group curriculum.
- Utilize CPI and De-escalation best practices to manage crises; consult with supervisor as required.
- Comes prepared for supervision with Case Consultation Form; Seeks supervision as necessary.
- Productively works with partner (as assigned) to meet the goals of the client/program.
- Consult and collaborate as a member amongst treatment team at least weekly.
- Responding to internal and external communication promptly (24 hours at most).
- Communicates progress with school and guardians at partner meetings.
- Demonstrates strength-based, trauma informed communication.
- Actively recruits new group members.
- Strives to positively impact quarterly quality targets.
- Uses data to inform clinical documentation and recommendations.
- Always maintains and models TFM Certification Standards.
- Provides comprehensive and complete diagnostic assessments to evaluate appropriate level of care.
- Develops and facilitates intervention objectives to meet treatment needs.
- Maintains compliance with professional licensure.
- Ensures accurate and timely completion of all required clinical documentation and maintains all records in accordance with expected guidelines.
- Credible schedule is updated prior to the start of the work week.
- Demonstrate independence in using Credible Reports: DT outcomes report
- Uses correct billing codes and location types
- Complies with regulation regarding client confidentiality in all settings.
- Completes necessary administrative tasks in ADP.
- Ensures materials are prepared and the group room maintains needed supplies.
