Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Operate phone systems to answer and transfer calls
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
- Complete end-of-day financial reports and balance accounts
- Ensure the security of guest information and maintain confidentiality

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using computer systems and basic office software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions

Note: This position requires working night shifts, typically from late evening to early morning.
