**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel and ensuring exceptional guest service. This position is from 11PM to 7AM and you must be able to work the whole shift.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct the nightly audit process efficiently and accurately

- Manage front desk activities including check-ins and check-outs

- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally

- Maintain a secure environment for guests by following safety procedures

- Prepare daily reports for management summarizing hotel operations

- Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the management team

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred

- Knowledge of phone systems and proficiency in guest services

- Strong communication skills with a focus on guest relations

- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus

- Ability to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
