```Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility, managing a team of housekeeping staff, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.

Duties:
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and protocols to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met and maintained
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Address customer complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of housekeeping equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all housekeeping activities

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hospitality or hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
