Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining efficient hotel operations.

Responsibilities:

- Perform night audit duties accurately and efficiently
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs promptly
- Manage reservations and cancellations
- Answer phone calls and inquiries with excellent customer service
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized
- Assist with guest requests and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

- Experience in night audit procedures preferred
- Proficiency in hospitality management software
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of resort operations is advantageous
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk procedures
- Strong hospitality and guest relations skills
- Background in hotel or hotel management is beneficial
