**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Night Audit / Front Desk Agent to join our team at Best Western Moreno Hotel & Suites.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills.

**Duties:**

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival

- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes

- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities

- Manage reservations and room assignments

- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately

- Process payments and maintain guest accounts

- Resolve guest complaints in a professional manner

- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred

- Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for interacting with diverse guests
