Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences during their stay. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle various responsibilities efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival during late hours and assist with check-ins and check-outs
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Ensure accuracy in billing and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and process payments accurately
- Monitor security cameras and respond to any security or safety concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs effectively
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and providing information about hotel services
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Perform any additional duties as required during the night shift

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or hotel management is preferred
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel front desk operations is advantageous
- Proficiency in using phone systems and reservation software is desirable
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse guests
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and work independently during night shifts

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
