Responsible for:
-Representing the hotel throughout all stages of the guest's stay by interacting with entire staff to ensure superior customer service
-Maintaining and promoting top-notch hospitality at all times
-Welcoming and serving guests in a professional, courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and over the phone
-Demonstrate good computer skills; accurately handle cash and charges, standard front desk duties
Previous hotel or customer service experience a plus, but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
