Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Set up breakfast buffet and ensure it is fully stocked with fresh food and beverages - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area - Assist guests with any special dietary needs or requests - Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries or concerns - Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed - Follow all health and safety guidelines while handling food and beverages - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations Skills: - Strong guest relations skills to provide a positive experience for guests - Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation management systems - Valid driver's license for potential delivery driver duties - Knowledge of bussing techniques to maintain cleanliness in the dining area - Experience using Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems - Ability to make coffee and prepare basic meals for breakfast service - Basic meat cutting skills for breakfast meat preparation - Excellent customer service skills to handle guest inquiries and requests Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
