Candlewood Suites Oak Harbor in Oak Harbor, WA is looking for one to two Front Desk Agents to join our award winning team!

Responsibilities

• Checking Guests in and Out
• Cleaning and general reception duties
• Using our PMS system and other programs to run our nightly audit (computer experience recommended), checking guests in & out, making reservations, updating booking & financial transactions.
• Filing paperwork and reports
• Providing excellent customer service & contributing to a homey yet professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work from 11pm-7am and/or 3pm-11pm
• Prior customer service and computer experience recommended
• Prior hotel experience not required but may provide a higher pay
• Must be 18 and eligible to work in the United States
