The Tree House Restaurant/Coopers Bar & Grill is looking for a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
• Take food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen staff
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
• Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Upsell menu items and beverages to increase revenue
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
• Knowledge of basic math for handling payments and making change
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Understanding of food safety guidelines and procedures
• Hospitality mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
• Interest or background in culinary arts or kitchen operations is beneficial
• Proficiency in food handling techniques
• Strong sales skills to promote menu items effectively
• Willingness to assist team members in bussing tables when needed
