Must have experience in 3PL customer service. This is a client facing role and understanding of WMS is required.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries and requests from an assigned customer book of business and address their needs.
- Ensure customers receive services that are within budget and meet their needs.
- Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
- Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.
- Provide accurate and timely data entry of shipping and receiving information for single and/or multiple clients.
- Generate reports and paperwork from WMS necessary for client work orders.
- Run stock reports to check for product availability.
- Picking, packaging, and shipment of sample requests from the client.
- Other duties as assigned.
