- Professionally greet visitors and staff members.
- Professionally answer busy multiline phone.
- Responsible for accurate and timely file maintenance of all caregiver and client records according to the established file system procedures
- Observes legal and ethical guidelines for safeguarding the confidentiality of caregiver, client and proprietary information.
- Copies, faxes, scans and files paperwork as needed.
- Plan, organizes, and completes tasks in an acceptable time frame, manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Provides backup assistance for other office functions and general clerical services.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
