Location: Wright-Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH.

Work Schedule: M-F 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Employee shall, at a minimum, and have 5 years of experience working with various types of educational/learning technology, such as: Learning Management Systems (LMS), curriculum development software, Student Information Systems (SIS), etc.
• Employee shall, at a minimum, have a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Technology, or a related field
• Employee shall have expertise in Office 365 tools (ex. MS Windows, MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Publisher, MS Teams, MS Planner, MS Power BI, Microsoft Forms).
• Employee shall be professional, detail oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and speak English fluently.
• Employee shall have the ability to thrive in a team environment yet be able to complete assigned tasks independently or with minimal guidance from team leads.
• Employees shall possess: organizational skills, ability to achieve set goals; initiative in performing assigned tasks; ability to follow-up complex projects with influence, and integrity; and ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel within and outside of the organization.
• Employee shall have a minimum of 2 years of experience with project management.
• Employee must have a Non-Disclosure Agreement in place with their company, and the company must provide a copy to the Program Manager of this task order. This is necessary in order to mitigate transfer of any confidential, proprietary and/or sensitive information while in this position.

Highly Desired Qualifications:

• Employee shall have prior work experience in a Governmental environment.
• Employee shall have experience with website design and management.
• Employee shall have proficient understanding of educational theory. Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) is a plus
