Job Title: Senior Electrical Designer

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Base Salary: $65,000 to $85,000 Best-in-class Benefits

• We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Designer with a proven track record in designing electrical systems for HVAC and plumbing applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both electrical systems and building automation, as well as experience working on a variety of projects, from small-scale renovations to large-scale commercial construction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop electrical design drawings and schematics for HVAC and plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
• Collaborate with HVAC and plumbing engineers to coordinate system design and integration.
• Select and specify electrical components, equipment, and materials.
• Perform load calculations and sizing of electrical systems.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in electrical design, HVAC, and plumbing systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in electrical design, with a focus on HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards, such as NEC and NFPA.
• Knowledge of building automation systems and protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus).
