Road Map:

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and excellent leadership skills.

What Your Ride Will Look Like:

• Develop and implement the IT strategy in conjunction with our Lead IT Architect, and the company’s goals.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead, and manage the IT team, providing guidance and support for professional development.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of IT staff.
• Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of all IT systems and infrastructure.
• Oversee the maintenance, upgrade, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems.
• Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with various departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.

Show Off What You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in network administration, system security, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and database management.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize IT performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Fuel Gauge:

This role is budgeted $120,000 per year to start.
