BET Investments, Inc. develops, leases, and manages apartment communities, shopping centers, office campuses and mixed-use projects throughout the United States.

We are currently in search of a part-time Leasing Associate/Customer Service Representative to work up to 20 hours a week for our luxury apartments West End Flats in Media, PA.

The ideal candidate for this position would have leasing experience in the multi-family industry, but a background working in customer service will be given consideration. A positive upbeat demeanor is a must!

Job Functions:

Leasing and Customer Service

• Handles telephone and on-site traffic, provides information about apartments and the community to prospective residents, schedules visits to the community and shows made-ready apartments.
• Determines the needs of prospective residents and assists with screening and securing new leases and renewals.
• Maintains an accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the community, particularly in areas such as rent and pricing information, vacancies, apartment availability, lease expiration, square footage, etc.
• Inspects vacant apartments on a regular basis to ensure that they are ready to show to prospective residents
• Assists with implementing resident retention and renewal programs.
• May assist in the planning and attending various community sponsored resident functions and activities.
• Communicates with new and current residents to effectively establish and maintain positive resident relations.
• Accurately and efficiently prepares and assists with all leasing paperwork (applications, lease agreements/addenda and move-in packets).
• Completes service requests and communicates requests to the maintenance staff on a timely basis.

• A high degree of attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
