Senior Project ManagerSei un/una Project Manager con esperienza nella gestione di progetti Enterprise e una spiccata propensione alla comunicazione e alla leadership? Agevoli e abiliti lo sviluppo del business presso i clienti? Beta80 ha bisogno di te!
Il tuo ruolo sarà quello di coordinare l’implementazione di soluzioni applicative, organizzando il team e avendo piena governance di progetto in termini marginalità attesa, tempi, costi e qualità di delivery.
Avrai la responsabilità di gestire le attività di progetto con particolare attenzione alle necessità del business del Cliente, assicurando quindi una qualità complessiva dei deliverable e la loro effettiva fruibilità, realizzando così, in massimo grado, la soddisfazione del cliente oltre che di Beta 80.
Requisiti richiesti:
· Laurea in discipline tecnico/scientifiche
· Comprovata esperienza pregressa nella gestione di progetti IT, preferibilmente presso system integrator
· Comprovata esperienza delle metodologie agili di sviluppo del software e/o applicazione di modelli iterativi e incrementali
· Autonomia nei processi di redditività e controllo di gestione del progetto
· Certificazione Project Management (PMI o PRINCE2)
· Gradita esperienza su progetti Cloud Transformation, Application Modernization
· Ottima capacità di negoziazione e problem solving
· Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
