BETAH Associates, Inc. is Hiring a Customer Experience Analyst Near Rockville, MD
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manages the government client's GovDelivery email accounts and listservs and connects the client's website with the distribution of products through the email delivery platform.
- Works across teams and divisions in government client to develop email products, such as newsletters.
- Determines strategies for the use of GovDelivery as well as improving the customer experience of the government client's website.
- Analyzes web metrics and subscriber activity and suggests content to re-engage inactive users.
- Oversees development and maintenance of subscriber lists.
- Five years of relevant experience with GovDelivery, websites and analytics.
- Bachelor's degree
