betaworks is Hiring a Portfolio + Ecosystem Development Associate, Betaworks Near New York, NY

Betaworks is a product-focused, seed-stage venture capital fund based in New York City. We make pre-seed and seed investments in companies building the future of how we live, work, and play online by investing and supporting ambitious founders at the earliest stage. We are thematic in areas focusing on AI, across the full stack, interactive entertainment, and the open-source software/dev tooling ecosystem. We build and work closely with companies we view as core to our vision.
By investing in surprising new consumer behaviors and trends powered by frontier technologies, we’re usually among the first institutional investors in our portfolio companies. We’ve backed more than 150 startups; some that you may have heard of include HuggingFace, RecRoom, Stardust, Cube.dev, Tumblr, Gimlet Media, Anchor, Flower, the Browser Company, and Kickstarter. (We’ve also built a few companies, including Giphy, Dots, and Bit.ly.). We invest at the pre-seed and seed stage
