Description :

Betches is seeking an organizational powerhouse to help establish and run the process and workflow for its growing podcast and video departments. This role is perfect for an experienced and enthusiastic production mastermind who has experience working across several shows simultaneously. The ideal candidate is driven, hyper-organized, process-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

As Production Manager, you will be a key member of the Betches production team and work closely with all members of the podcast, video, and social teams. You will focus on pre- and post-production, as well as ad operations, promos, and cross-promotion between departments. You have ample experience with both in-person and remote production workflows. Ideal candidates will also have a good understanding of the social landscape, and distribution tactics and strategy across platforms.

Role & Requirements:

• Collaborate with the team to streamline our multimedia production workflow as we continue to grow.
• Organize and manage remote and in person podcast shoots with our amazing team of producers and talent bookers.
• Manage all aspects of production and delivery between teams of producers, editors, and hosts.
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines. Decision-making and problem-solving will be an integral part of your day.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders across departments (audio, video and social) as we optimize our process and workflow within the team and across other departments.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders on YouTube strategy (scheduling, posting, monetization, etc.)
• Ensure that all production is running smoothly.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in podcast/video production/management.
• Passionate, curious, and enthusiastic about the content that Betches covers
• Highly collaborative, have excellent organizational skills, and are a gifted communicator
• A strong understanding of the social landscape, and how to manage distribution across platforms
• Strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach.
• Proficient in audio editing and file/media management for workflows (Google Drive, Adobe, Monday.com, StudioBinder, Descript and Pro Tools etc).

Compensation:

The expected annual base salary for this role is $80,000- $95,000. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors such as location are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation & offer package will include the following perks below.
