We are looking to hire a Full-time Dietary Manager to join our team.
You will manage & lead a team of employees at a long term care facility & an assisted living facility.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a proven track record of managing a busy kitchen.
As a kitchen manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
Requirements:
● Must have a current CDM certification (preferred) or within 2 years of hire.
● 5 years of experience in long term care.
● 1 year of supervisory experience.
● Must know dietary procedures, related laws, CMS regulations, and guidelines pertaining to nursing home operation.
● Excellent organizational skills
● Conflict management abilities
● Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
● A desire to work with seniors
