DescriptionBethany for Children & Families Wraparound department is looking for two Wraparound Service Coordinators for Knox, Henderson, and Warren Counties.
What YOU Get For Being a Wraparound Service Coordinator
The Wraparound Service Coordinator will also ensure that the Wraparound processes is delivered with fidelity to the model using the phases and activities of Wraparound. Assist families in identifying, recruiting, and engaging natural supports, interview youth, their families, professionals, and natural supports to uncover strengths, needs, family culture, and vision. Maintain knowledge of services and supports available within the community. Approve services provided to youth and families to ensure that the most appropriate services are matched. Monitor length of service. Act as a liaison between providers and team members. Identify and track problems with providers to ensure improvement or resolution and perform all data collection required to support program delivery, implementation, and evaluation.
RequirementsWraparound Service Coordinator Requirements:
Wraparound Coordinator must possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school and two (2) years of supervised experience in a human services field.
